開始訓練時就要先知道自己目標係乜。了解自己而家喺邊,希望去到邊,咁先可以 plan 到中間要做 d 咩去令呢個 transition happen。你就咁問好難答到你。

我高175,體重79kg, 想減咗體内5kg脂肪,已開始每星期做2次gym, 但個半月内冇乜变化,睇到你講要一星期做5/6日先知自己不足,要再加油!

咁你又唔算太肥,慢慢減啦。唔好一開始就地獄式訓練,take it easy。建議你一個禮拜 3 至 4 日帶氧運動,每次 45 到 60 分鐘。最緊要注意飲食,零食和liquid calories 全走,一日三餐食清淡些少但不必涯餓。堅持到一個月應該有些少成績睇到啦。Good luck.
