I answer:
Because Morse Park is multi-functional (sports facilities), most friendly to the people (under the Lion Rock),
relatively grassroots (near Wong Tai Sin, Lok Fu, Kowloon City, Tung Tau Village, etc.),
The most apolitical (compared to Victoria Park), it is also the most peaceful and non-controversial,
a large park that brings joy to the public.
Isn't it very similar to S&B?

What I mean is ... if there everything is too planned out beforehand, without some element of surprise, do you think the impact of 男潮吹/stimluating right after will be as strong or impactful? (i.e. 再黎刺激龜頭果時要少少出其不意）
Just fanatasizing still, but I would imagine the impact of the second organsm / 潮吹 would be the strongest in an unexpected time when the moment / mood suddenly strikes and the feeling is right！
