Q：What are the job duties of the Organiser and Invigilator
Event Organiser's duties1. Contact participants of the current event, advise of location and arrangements for food/drinks;
picking up and assigning a new member a well established member as their mentor.
2. Setting up the venue for the event, collecting of mobile phones and devices,
showering arrangements, briefing, arranging body check, allowing the event to commence.
3. Once the event is over, arrange for participants to leave, clear up and be the last to leave the venue.
Invigilator's Duties:
1. Monitor the situation of the activities that are happening, providing material requests such as toys,
towels or any other items needed for the smooth running of the event.
2. Looking after new members, assisting in arranging chances for him/her if possible.
3. As the Invigilator not has a busy schedule and his/her task is constant,
they are not to join in with the event's activity; participants are not to invite invigilators into the rooms for action
so as to not affect the smooth running of the event and the chances of other participants.
